Air Conditioning

Air conditioning was soon getting used in many factories, such as plants that made ammunition during World War I. Because the air conditioning became popular during the 1930's, central air conditioning systems were developed. These can cool the whole office or apartment building from centrally located unit, just as buildings were heated derived from one of big furnace from the basement instead of by little stoves in each room. During the same period small units which could air condition a single room were developed. After The second world war large numbers of small units grew to be used in private homes. A later development, used increasingly in public places buildings and private homes, combined cooling and heating units in one system.

How can it Work?

Otherwise people will have to turn their units on / off continually as the temperature become freezing or hot. A steady temperature-regulating device called thermostat. The thermostat is scheduled at desired temperature. Then it switches the cooling unit off and on as needed.
